Paiute UTV Jamboree Aug 12-14 Marysvale Utah UtvJam.com- Its Free!!!!

Who says there is no free lunch?
How about a FREE UTV Jamboree? No I’m not joking, its really free. Just show up and have fun.

The second annual Paiute UTV Jamboree promises to be better than ever. Yamaha and Can-Am have signed on as major sponsors and at least 30 UTV related accessories manufacturers, dealers, and custom builders will be there.

Join us in Marysvale Utah for the Second annual UTV Jamboree Free to the public!! Our first year was a huge success. We had over 400 riders and 30 UTV vendors in addition to the Miners Days events that are happening at the same time. Its also the best time of year, when its too hot to ride other places its nice and cool up here and it gives people one last event to bring the kids out to before school starts. With literally thousands of miles of OHV trails to ride Piute County, which sits dead center of the Paiute ATV Trail, is the natural location for riders from all over the US and abroad to assemble for the first annual UTV Jamboree. Marysvale’s City Park with its towering shade trees, grand stands, race track and concession stands is great place to gather the family and launch out into the trails on our guided rides. Marysvale prides itself as the most OHV friendly city in America, people come here from all over the world and are simply amazed at the amount of trails and diversity of riding. Piute County is nestled at the base of the majestic Tushar Mountains in a high mountain valley. Every City in the county allows OHV access on city streets year round. Riders can experience high mountain desert climates in the morning and within hours climb to the highest point on the trail system at over 11,000 Feet and have lunch amidst beautiful Aspen lined meadows and streams. The Jamboree provides something for everyone, guided trail rides, GPS Classes and GPS specific rides, live music in the rustic outdoor dance hall and a roaring bonfire will make for wonderful evening entertainment. Piute County simply has the best OHV riding in the world, that’s why Jim Peterson moved here and built the newly opened South Forty RV Park www.southfortyrvpark.net . Marysvale is currently home to three RV parks, two motels, two Bed and Breakfasts and three restaurants and a well stocked convenience store. We are not a big county, we have just what you need to make your visit comfortable without all the traffic and noise. In these tough economic times we thought a free event was just what the Doctor ordered. Remeber to bring our Gold Pans; the local streams have attracted prospectors for generations.
Piute County sits on some of the most interesting geology in the country, a rock hounds dream vacation, due to several ancient volcanoes and calderas. Fishing is plentiful at Piute Reservoir State Park and Otter Creek State Park as well as the Sevier River which winds its way the length and breadth of the county.
The Paiute ATV Trail system is consistently rated a top destination for OHV enthusiasts. We thought it was time to have an event specifically geared to the Side by Side riders so we created the UTV Jamboree. We even have a free drive in movie Friday evening, bring your rig or blanket and sit on the lawn, plenty of room for the kids to keep busy.

Crossing deep water on the road with your ATV

Be careful when crossing deep water!

Riding your ATV in deep water can be fun!

On a warm summer day nothing can be more exciting than finding that your ATV trail is covered with water. Always be cautious and watch for deep pockets as you ride.  Also don’t get your air filter into the water.  Tread safely and don’t hurt the terrain.

"Side by Side" Balloon Chasing in RZR

TeAnna is using a Polaris RZR to help with the Balloon Festival near Salina, UT

The last couple of days have been the Annual “Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival” in Salina, Utah.  Friday morning was absolutely awesome.  There were no winds and the balloons played in the skies above Aurora, Redmond and Salina for 4 hours. The site was spectacular and breath taking. Saturday a light breeze kept all but 5 of the 20 balloons on the ground.  Those who braved the flight moved along at 22 mph which sounds like a slow speed to us ATVer’s, but made for a very rough landing. That is when the RZR jumped in to help one of the balloonist.

A great ATV, UTV or Side by Side (SxS) can really aid in getting in to do some wonderful work.  They can move through the farm fields so easy, and can haul a good amount of weight.  Tasks that used to be so difficult can be made so easy with the right machine.

In addition to the right machine, there are so many good ATV accessories now days. ATV Boxes, ATV bags, and Fuel Packs are just a few of the many items on the market today.  So take a look at all the well built parts on the market and in our store.

Summer is here! (finally) It is time for riding and enjoying the beautiful world.  Our snow from the high mountains is all but gone.  It is a great time for riding, because you get some, sun, shade, mud, snow and dust all in the same day.  So GetinandGo for a nice ride, and remember to take plenty of pictures. Take it easy to enjoy the scenery.  Make time to look around.  Always remember to be safe while riding.  Wear the right protective gear.  Too many people get seriously hurt just by going too fast.  Some of your best rides will be easing along the trails.

If you get a great ATV photo, please share a copy here on our website.  Everyone will love seeing the great adventures you have.

Enjoy your summer!
